Do you have a Refund Policy?
Refunds are available within 30 days of purchase, provided the package has not been activated.
Once a package has been started, we do not offer refunds.
Refunds are not available beyond 30 days from the purchase date.
Are Class Passes transferrable?
Class passes are non-transferrable after 30 days from the date of purchase
Can I Pause or Extend My Gym Membership?
Once a Membership or Class Pass is activated, it cannot be paused or extended.
Can I Pause Auto Payments?
Yes, you can pause your auto payments once during a 12-month cycle for up to 30 days.
However, if you cancel your auto payment and later want to reactivate it, we cannot guarantee that your previous pricing will be available.
