If you’re looking for preparation to get “race-ready” or just want to get fit and healthy, HYROX Training at our Training Club will get you there.
HYROX Express
A 45 minute conditioning class, great for any fitness and experience level
Training Times
Tuesdays and Thursdays at 4PM
HYROX Training Club
A 75 minute class with more volume and skills prep to get you ready for race day

FAQ’s
Do I need any prior experience to join?
No prior experience is necessary. Our classes are designed to accommodate all fitness levels.
Do I need a special pass for HYROX?
No, any class pass/membership can be used to cover HYROX Training Club.
What happens if I can’t make it to a class I’ve booked?
If you’re unable to attend a class, please cancel at least 2 hours before the start time. If you cancel within this window, no fee will be charged. However, if you cancel less than 2 hours before class or fail to show up, a drop-in class fee may be applied to the credit card on file.
Do I need to plan to race in the sport of HYROX to come to class?
No, HYROX is an excellent way to get a great workout in, get in great condition without the high complexity movements.
What Should I wear/bring with me to hyrox training club
Running shoes, light breathable clothing, and lots of water! Make sure to fuel up before and after your class to support your training!
Do you have a Refund Policy?
Refunds are available within 30 days of purchase, provided the package has not been activated.
Once a package has been started, we do not offer refunds.
Refunds are not available beyond 30 days from the purchase date.
