What is a Workout of the Day?
Kinetic Fitness is an NCFIT affiliate gym. We follow programming provided by NCFIT.
Keep your workouts fresh and exciting with our daily WODs. Every day, we have a new Workout of the Day (WOD) that challenges your strength, endurance, and skills ensuring that you’re constantly progressing toward your fitness goals.
With the support of our expert coaches and a community that’s always cheering you on, you’ll find yourself motivated to push your limits and achieve results you never thought possible. Every WOD is available in two tracks, Performance and Fitness, allowing you to choose the level of intensity and complexity that best suits your goals.
Fitness Track
If you’re looking for a great workout without the extra complexity, this track is for you. It’s perfect for members who just want to show up for a sweaty, great time. Think simple and highly effective!
Performance Track
This track those who want to push their limits with a more advanced version of the Daily Workout. Expect higher intensity, more complex movements, and an opportunity to take your fitness to the next level.
Memberships
Intro Month – $115 + HST
1 Month – $180 + HST
3 Months – $499 + HST
6 Months – $860 + HST
Annual Membership – $1,600 + HST
Class Passes
10 Class Pass – $200 + HST
20 Class Pass – $380 + HST
FAQ’s
Do I need any prior experience to join?
No prior experience is necessary. Our WODs are designed to accommodate all fitness levels.
Can I modify the WOD if I have an injury or limitation?
Absolutely! Our coaches are always available to help you modify the workout to suit your needs while ensuring you still get a great workout.
Do I need to sign up for a WOD in advance?
Yes, we recommend signing up in advance to secure your spot in class. You can easily book your session online or through the MindBody app.
What happens if I can’t make it to a class I’ve booked?
If you’re unable to attend a class, please cancel at least 2 hours before the start time. If you cancel within this window, no fee will be charged. However, if you cancel less than 2 hours before class or fail to show up, a drop-in class fee may be applied to the credit card on file.
Do you have a Refund Policy?
Refunds are available within 30 days of purchase, provided the package has not been activated.
Once a package has been started, we do not offer refunds.
Refunds are not available beyond 30 days from the purchase date.
Are Class Passes transferrable?
Class passes are non-transferrable after 30 days from the date of purchase
