What You’ll Learn Each Week

Weeks 1-4
Cardio and General Fitness

In the first four weeks, you’ll build your general cardio and fitness capacity. Expect to sweat as you improve your endurance and stamina, setting a solid foundation for the weeks ahead.

Weeks 4-8
Gymnastics Building Blocks

The next phase focuses on the fundamentals of gymnastics. You’ll work on pushups, bodyweight movements, and pull-ups, enhancing your strength, coordination, and body control.

Weeks 8-12
Foundations of Lifting

In the final phase, you’ll be introduced to the basics of Olympic and powerlifting. Learn the correct form and techniques to lift safely and effectively, paving the way for long-term progress.
